Starting from an assessment of clients needs and the market place by communicating and connecting with the client, its ultimate goal is to understand the clients goals, needs and requirements.
Determine which solutions, services and technology J&M should offer and what capabilities need to be developed to meet the requirements.
Design new ICT solutions and services. The scope of the process includes the design of new services, as well as changes and improvements to existing ones.
Build and deploy innovative ICT services and solutions with speed and agility and also to make sure that changes to services and Service Management processes are carried out in a coordinated way.
Make sure that solutions and services delivered effectively and efficiently demonstrate and scale the clients business.
Deliver innovation and use methods from quality management in order to learn from past successes and failures. J&M Continual Service Improvement process aims to continually improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the deployed solution and services.
