Pre-Implementation Work

  • • Initial consultation
  • • Network design infrastructure, documentation and drawings submission
  • • Site survey and assessment consultancy to determine site readiness before delivery and before work is carried out
  • • Perform site audit and stock check of existing equipment by previous vendor to determine completeness of solution to be deployed
  • • Attend onsite project meetings
  • • Mobilization charges - To supply on-site mobilization, traveling, lodging and transport charges as per request

Pre-Configuration Work

  • • Unbox equipment and verify contents against the provided equipment list (Bill-of- Material / Delivery Order)
  • • Highlight and report to Customer any incomplete equipment or components
  • • Mount equipment onto the designated Equipment Racks according to Rack Layout
  • • Patch the necessary patch cords to the equipment according to the network diagram
  • • Power-up the equipment and monitor and record the Power-On Self-Test (POST) result
  • • Report to Customer if there is failed equipment and assist Customer for the RMA process

The two most important aspect of any successful Finish Stage for any projects.

  • • Installation - Physically connect or install all the electronic equipment.
  • • Integration - Ensure all the electronic components will communicate and function properly based on your  needs and desire.

Integration Work

  • • Configure and integrate existing and new equipment
  • • Perform User Acceptance Test and Cut-over together with Client according to provided User Acceptance Test Plan
  • • Perform equipment labeling according to the provided Technical Design
  • • Mobilization charges - To supply on-site mobilization, traveling, lodging and transport charges as per request
